Jelly Bean Nest


Quick and easy coconut nest for Easter decorating, eating or just fun for the kids to make. Makes 10-12 nests
Ingredients
green food coloring
1/2 teaspoon milk
1 1/3 cup sweetened shredded coconut
6 oz. white almond bark, chopped
jelly beans
In a small bowl mix 3 drops of food coloring with milk. Toss coconut with coloring until evenly tinted.
Following package directions to melt the almond bark and stir in the coconut mixture. Drop
by tablespoons onto wax paper. Make an indention to shape into nests. Cool completely.
Store in airtight container. Fill with jelly beans when ready to use.
